This 200,000sf project included site work, site utilities, landscaping and tree transplantation, out lot preparations, site lighting, concrete and asphalt paving, interior concrete work, steel erection, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, fire protection systems, vehicle service center, retaining wall, masonry, interior tile, millwork and finishes. Emerson served as prime contractor as well as performed the concrete work, steel erection, miscellaneous carpentry, and door and hardware installation.
